“Bytes played a key part in the signing of our Adobe CLP by applying their experience and knowledge of the products and licensing to provide a solution which fulfilled our diverse global needs.”

Bytes have been reselling Adobe licenses ever since Adobe introduced their volume licensing programmes, and over that time have acquired a wealth of knowledge of Adobe’s licensing schemes. We are a managed account and enjoy a strong relationship with the vendor, putting us in the best place possible when it comes to supporting our customers’ requirements, and are consistently one of Adobe’s top five UK resellers.
We are one of only 5 resellers in the UK who have been approved by Adobe to conduct SAM reviews on their behalf. As with our other SAM accreditations, this means that we are able to take you through an Adobe SAM review, ratify your licensing position and deliver a “point in time” proof of license compliancy, verified by the vendor. For more information about our SAM consultancy division visit Software Asset Management.

Our support services have also grown with this experience, with a wide variety of ways that we can make life easier for our customers. Bytes can administer the Adobe licensing site for you – we help lots of our customers in this way – we understand the system and are able to manage the license delivery process for you. In addition, we offer online procurement through our portal, as well as a host of other services enabling you to manage every aspect of your software estate from one centralised console.
As an Adobe Authorised Licensing Centre (ALC) (one of only 10 in the UK), we are able to deliver Contractual Licensing Programmes to our customers (CLPs). The CLP is a volume licensing agreement, designed to help organisations cut costs by simplifying software ordering and administration. There are three different types of CLP – Commercial, Education and Government, and each of these has various bands, based on the number of users you need to support.
There is also Adobe’s Transactional Licensing Programme, which is based upon purchases under single transactions, and bandings are determined based on the volume of licenses purchased under that single transaction.
