Are you an experienced licensing account manager who has the ability to close new business and new opportunities in a set of managed accounts? Are you customer facing and keen to work with a dynamic and fast paced team? Bytes are seeking individuals that can make a difference to our customers and provide them with a high level of licensing guidance and support in their purchasing decisions.

Ideal candidates will have/be:

  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Successful & proven sales track record
  • Experience in account management or telemarketing to corporate business
  • Public Sector sales knowledge / experience advantageous
  • Depth of knowledge on Software Licensing, particularly Microsoft (essential) plus Symantec, Adobe and Oracle (preferred)
  • MCP Licensing Exams advantageous
  • Knowledge of Software Asset Management (beneficial)
  • Intermediate skills in Excel, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to learn new skills and adapt quickly
  • Ability to work alone or as part of the team and cope under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Enthusiasm and strong work ethic
