About Infigo

Infigo is a next generation web-to-print solution that can make the printing of documents and collateral more efficient.

The solution delivers productivity and cost efficiencies to organisations by empowering office workers with intuitive tools to help them create and submit jobs to a centralised on/off-site print environment - whether they're existing or new documents, reports, or professionally designed marketing collateral.

Once jobs are authorised for processing, office workers are able to track the progress of their print jobs on a self-serve basis, ensuring deadlines are met and service levels are adhered to.

To give administrators of the system a complete view of the jobs that have been submitted for processing, Infigo has a powerful in-built reporting tool.  The reports available can be summarised by office worker, department/cost centre, filename and a range of other criteria, giving you complete visibility of how much your organisation is spending on print, and in what areas.

The File/Print feature

One of the most powerful features of Infigo is its integration capability with the File/Print menu system of your desktop applications.

The feature is powered by leading Adobe print-driver technology and allows office workers to simply open the document they wish to print, then from their standard File/Print drop down menu select "Infigo" as their desired printer.  The system will then present the user with a finishing wizard that will allow them to choose how they'd like their document printed (i.e. double sided, single sided, colour, black and white, stapled etc).  A file will then be streamed to whichever centralised print hub has been pre-configured. The print hub operator can then choose to process the job themselves or back it off to a third party service provider.
