We would initially meet with you to gain an understanding of your business and job/technology-limitations in order to recommend what new equipment will best enhance your current environment and add the most incremental value to your business. Consumables

Installation
We can assist with every stage of the installation of your kit including room design and electrical requirements. We will set up your new hardware and software applications – freeing up your existing staff to concentrate on their core job function. We will also train your relevant staff on how to get the most out of the new equipment, ensuring that you’re able to clearly differentiate your services from those of your competition, stimulating new business.
Servicing
We employ a full-time staff of fully accredited Xerox service technicians, including software analysts with an in-depth understanding of CAD and Commercial Graphics Arts applications. Our technicians can service and repair the full range of Xerox machines and can replace worn out or broken parts quickly. Over 90% of customer calls are completed within four hours. Uniformly high levels of approval are documented via our regular customer satisfaction surveys.

Having installed your new equipment, our dedicated trainers will work with you to ensure all relevant employees receive the level of training they need to operate the equipment efficiently and gain the most value from your new print devices. The training can be delivered to employees on an individual basis or in small groups to create a “hands on” learning opportunity around each device. The training will be tailored to meet your exact requirements. At the end of this training, your equipment operators will have the technical expertise and confidence they need to gain the most from your new hardware and software purchases.
