No matter what size of organisation you represent, and no matter whether your printing devices are mainly distributed via an “Office” environment; centralised in a “Print Centre” environment; or a combination of both, by working together you’ll be able to transform your organisation and make it more efficient at generating document output. 

The P-A-P-E-R Process – transforming your organisation

By engaging in our PAPER process you’ll be able to gain near instant visibility of the types of documents that are currently being printed, copied, scanned and faxed within your organisation.  We then work with you to identify where improvements can be made in the process to ensure you remain in control of your document efficiency strategy and are able to proactively respond to trends of inefficiency the moment they arise. 

As part of the process we will also make recommendations as to how you can better balance the jobs you’re doing in-house with those that you’re currently putting out to third parties to fulfil, including those that have a “variable data / personalisation” component.

 

Probe

During this phase we will review the findings of the “Probe” phase with you and suggest how you could better optimize your assets.  Asset optimisation is when you continually ensure that the right device in the right location is being used to undertake the right job.  Once you balance these three variables you can be sure your document efficiency strategy is working in a sustainable manner More

procure  
 

During this phase we will take the findings from the Probe and Arrange steps and make recommendations as to which hardware and software applications could best help you optimise your assets.  In addition to supplying you with the products, we can also offer advice on a range of financing options to help with the procurement process.More

execute  
 

During this phase our technical specialists will help you install the equipment and offer the right level of training to your operators & employees so they are able to get the most out of your investments.  The training will cover the operational aspects of the hardware and software, in addition to the different outputs that can be produced, enabling your employees to think more creatively about how they use the equipment.More

review  
 

During this phase we will review how your employees are utilising your recently optimized assets.   The reviews are held with a pre-agreed subset of your management team, each of whom should be able to impact change if need be, specifically to do with the introduction and enforcement of controls that may be necessary to prevent unnecessary wastage associated with the production of documents.More
