- Approve jobs. The approval process is unique for each organisation but typically involves line manager sign off and the assignment of a purchase order

Go admin
Go admin is the administration part of the application; here you will have complete control for setting up all parts of the Infigo product.
Go print.
Go print uses an adobe PDF print driver that will allow the file to be automatically sent to the Print Centre. Go PDF also allows complete control over the setup of the file including the fonts, images resolution and the quality of the file.
Go VI
Go VI is a tool that controls centralisation of their brand management. Go VI allows administrators to setup predefined templates with the same style, colours and logo’s allowing end users to personalise them online as and when required.
Go brand
Go brand allows the customer to personalise the online website to their look and feel including colours, logo etc.
Go Library
Provides a central online procurement facility for pre-printed stock and static items such as forms, letterheads or marketing material. The product allows for a hierarchy of categories and products that allow users to drill down to the item they are looking for or at any point use the search facility.
Go Reports
Full reports are built into the system allowing you to report on all areas of the Infigo product.
Go Status
Complete status of the system is available at all times. Users can see what stage their job is at; if it is ready for pickup; or if it is being finished etc.
Print shop operators on the other hand will be able to view multiple sites, view jobs that are in production including jobs that are overdue or need special features.
