Here are the highlights of the updated Product Use Rights document from Microsoft on the 1st July.

Office Home and Student 2013 RT Commercial Use Rights
Windows RT powered tablets come with Office Home and Student 2013 RT– preview editions of new Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote applications built especially for your tablet. They're called Word 2013 RT, Excel 2013 RT, PowerPoint 2013 RT and OneNote 2013 RT, and include many features that make it much easier to use Office on the go.
There are some differences between Office Home and Student 2013 RT and other versions of Office, one of them being that the Home and Student RT version of Office isn't licensed for commercial use. The terms state "not for use in commercial, non-profit, or revenue-generating activities"
Organisations who purchase Office 365 ProPlus, Office 365 Small Business Premium, Office for Mac 2011, Office Midsize Business or Office 365 Enterprise, Office Standard or Professional Plus 2013; or have a volume licensing contract with Microsoft with commercial-use license coverage are able to use Office Home and Student 2013 RT devices at work.
Office 365 Enterprise Plans now available without Office 365 ProPlus
Microsoft have introduced new subscription licenses for their Office 365 online services providing customers with a choice of purchasing with or without Office 365 ProPlus, the per user license for Office Professional Plus 2013. The Office 365 Enterprise plans offer on-premises servers including Business Intelligence Appliance 2012, Exchange Server 2013, Lync Server 2013, Microsoft Office Audit and Control Management Server 2013, SharePoint Server 2013 as well as Microsoft's online services including Exchange Online, Lync Online and SharePoint Online.
On-premises access added to Project Online
Customers purchasing new subscriptions to Project Online and Project Pro for Office 365 will have the rights to access Project Server deployed within their own datacentres.
Visual Studio 2013 added this quarter
Microsoft has added Visual Studio 2013 to the Product Use Rights this quarter suggesting the product may be released within the next few months. Preview available here, Visual Studio 2013 Preview.
