Bytes Document Solutions Named as the Nuance Partner of the Year

On Wednesday 23rd May 2012, at an event organised by Nuance disti, ProcessFlows, Bytes Document Solutions were named as the 2011 Nuance Partner of the Year.
This accolade is awarded to the partner who not only drives sales but who also demonstrates a thorough understanding of the Nuance products and solutions, enabling them to deliver the right advice to customers and the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Darren Spence, Managing Director of Bytes Document Solutions, commented; "This award is credit to the work my team have done over the last couple of years re-engineering our proposition so it's more relevant and compelling for our customers. Equitrac, eCopy and ScanFlowStore are central to our core Managed Print Services offering and are proving very popular with companies looking to save money and improve their print and document workflow strategies."
This is the third award Bytes have picked up in as many months as in March they were named as the Xerox Partner of the Year, and the Xerox Production Partner of the Year. They are also shortlisted in the "Best Sales Team" category of the CRN Sales and Marketing Awards being held on 21st June.
Spence concluded, "The last two years have been an incredible journey. The company is in very good shape. Sales are up 21% on last year, customer satisfaction levels are much improved and morale in the team is at an all time high. These awards are the icing on the cake. I'm very pleased."
