Our Customer Satisifaction Survey Results

Thank you to all of our customers who completed our annual Satisfaction Survey. We know our success depends on delivering good experiences, so its always good to know how we're doing!

We are thrilled to report that 98% of our customers would recommend Bytes and 94% rate the service they receive from us as Good or Excellent - this is an increase of 1% on both areas compared to last year.

Each year we donate to charity for every response received and following the recent attacks in London and Manchester, this year we are supporting the British Red Cross’ UK Solidarity Fund, which was launched to help the victims of terrorism anywhere in the UK.

We are pleased to confirm that we will be donating £600!
