Bytes win prestigious award for excellence in employee engagement
Fiona Townsend, Group HR Manager at Bytes is delighted to receive the award for The Best Companies to Work For 2016. This sought after award measures and acknowledges excellence in workplace engagement - where only organisations with the highest level of overall employee engagement qualified. "At Bytes, we see a strong correlation between happy staff and happy customers - for us they go hand in hand" says Fiona.

New purpose built offices with plenty of parking, a gym and even an outside tiki bar for Friday evenings all contribute to happy, healthy employees - not to mention the various incentive trips where everyone, not just sales, are included.
