Putting together a bespoke or onsite course is very straightforward and typically involves a short call or meeting with one of our qualified trainers.

If you are looking to evaluate your staff, we can help with training needs analysis (TNA), to look at current skills gap and offer a cost effective training plan. We have a number of learning tools available, giving you a clearer picture of your staff capabilities, knowledge and skills.
On-site tailored courses
Our onsite courses can be tailored for your company needs – giving the end user enough information to use the new software more confidently.
We can project manage the deliverables from co-ordinating the end users their session times, forwarding confirmation, joining instructions, as well as reminders – this will give your IT staff only to upgrade the desktops.
If you have an application or software programme that is off the shelf or tailored for your business and you are finding you have limited internal resources – we can help provide an extra pair of hands. If you were to source a trainer directly with the manufacture, you would only receive the product software training – by contracting one of our trainers, we can provide product training to your staff, but whilst we have they attention: update then on any company messages/processes etc.
Efficient and productive
We can help with company induction sessions – have a pool of trainers who can be available per month or on short notice – helping you to give a company overview of procedures and well as brief overview of your company software products.
This will make your end users more efficient with their day to day work; they become more productive and this will hopefully reduce help desk calls.

Call or meet with one of our qualified trainers and we'll put together a proposed course overview for you and once approved we'll pull together the relevant supporting material. If the course is taking place on your premises we'll ensure you have all the necessary equipment to run the course and can supply anything you don't have.
If you need a programme of bespoke courses to support a new technology rollout, we'll appoint the necessary project resources to manage the deployment. If after we've started the engagement with you it's felt a number of public scheduled courses or eLearning modules would enhance the programme, we'll make our recommendations known to you and manage the process through – giving you complete peace of mind and flexibility.
