Course Sourcing
This service is applicable if you’re looking to reduce the time you spend sourcing courses. We have access to thousands of courses across EMEA and the US, so rather than spend your time trawling through training brochures and the internet looking for courses, contact us. Despite the fact we’ve been offering a Course Sourcing service for nearly 10 years, it’s still one of our fastest growing services. We have the skills and systems in place to find what you’re looking for in a fraction of the time you’d otherwise have to spend. And what’s more, we can probably supply the courses to you at a lesser cost due to our purchase volumes. So, if you’re looking for a course, put us to the test !
Bespoke programmes
If like most organisations your IT environment is an integrated mix of technologies from a range of specialist vendors which may include Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3 and weirdware suppliers, you’ll have found that it’s not always possible to find an off-the-shelf public-scheduled course that covers everything you need, so the only way to address the training requirements you have is to attend a number of different courses covering each technology set. Not only is this approach very expensive, but it also requires for delegates to be out of the office for long periods of time. There is another way. By explaining to us what you need to achieve from a training course(s), we can put together a training programme that better bridges your skills gap. The programme may consist simply of one tailored onsite course, or could instead include a mix of tailored courses, public scheduled courses and eLearning modules. Project Management and Co-ordination
This service is geared towards organisations that are looking to rollout a new desktop application; or desktop environment (such as the Microsoft Office System 2007), and need to skill-up a large number of their employees. In these instances and to achieve the best results, we’ll form part of your project deployment team (normally working under instruction from your lead Project Manager) to ensure the training component addresses the skills gap that will be created as part of the rollout. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, we’ll appoint a dedicated Training Project Manager to oversee the training component and establish a Project Support Office to take care of the day-to-day co-ordination functions which will include scheduling trainers and inviting delegates to their relevant sessions.
