Online procurement
Customers who prefer to order their software online, allowing them access to a number of enhanced on-demand services, can do so via the Bytes advanced online portal. When a client signs up to use the portal their Global price lists are uploaded and maintained by the Bytes operations team giving the customer the reassurance that they will only ever pay what they need to. The portal allows for multiple levels of customisation from basic cosmetic enhancements to more sophisticated authorisation and sign-off processes.
Partner licensing
Bytes has been working with resellers for over ten years and encourages advances from organisations wishing to partner with us.

Our Operations Team is second to none in the UK and serves our customers by being helpful and knowledgeable. The operations team have consistently strived for perfection in all aspects of order processing and customer services resulting in Bytes receiving the most recent Microsoft award for having the best operations/customer service team in the whole of the EMEA region.
