In order to reduce costs we utilise a channel distribution network. This allows us to leverage our entire volume of purchases from all of our customers to negotiate a discount from our distributors.

For excellent purchasing capabilities, the Bytes Portal can be easily customised to suit the needs of your organisation integrating smoothly with the way you do business. There are customisable module views and access rights meaning that portal components can be included / excluded for specific users. For example, we can switch on / off features such as price list view, quote generator, order placement and news to tailor the user experience.

Quotes can be saved for any amount of time and easily converted to an order. Saved quotes and placed orders are instantly accessible for easy repeat ordering. The price list catalogue can be exported via excel or e-mail for internal distribution. Benefits are accurate, quick, efficient, easy and makes for easier administration meaning reduced procurement costs.

Renewal Management

We are specialised in assisting our customers in reducing the headache of managing software licensing renewals. We have developed automated systems to help the renewal process and our account teams are focused on obtaining the best renewals deals. Our portal automatically sends reminders to any given relevant personnel giving them 90, 60 and 30 days notice until the renewal is due. We also use renewals as an opportunity to renegotiate with vendors to lower the renewal pricing for support/maintenance and additional licenses.
