Software licensing within retail store environments is different to that of corporate or public sector. There are several distinct factors, such as the use of no-PC, network-connected devises (price scanners and RFID readers) and the sheer complexities associated with regularly opening and closing stores.
Negotiating software agreements that allow for flexibility is vital for my customers. Their markets are very competitive and they need to react accordingly which results in their businesses continually changing shape. Whether our clients are planning for growth, reducing headcount, acquiring or divesting on a global or local scale we have the experience to secure the best deal and provide the right level of on-going support to ensure the latest software technologies are available to improve operational efficiencies and support the bottom line.
