Consultancy services to help organisations prepare effectively for change to successfully achieve SAM objectives.
Prepare services provide organisations with an in-depth analysis of where the organisation is today with regard to SAM processes, polices and technologies, an outline of best practice elements that fit the organisation and an understanding of the gap that needs to be addressed.
Prepare services include:
- Envisioning Workshop. A one-day workshop that provides a rapid assessment of SAM maturity in line with the Microsoft SOM, ISO 19770 and ITIL best practice and a high-level view of the areas that need to be addressed by the organisation as a priority. The workshop will leave the organisation with a roadmap of what needs to be done in areas such as procurement, IT policies and processes, and service management technologies.
- Review & Roadmap. Structured ten-day consultancy engagement incorporating current state analysis, future state definition in line with best practice and organisational goals and a gap analysis and planning session of what needs to be done to take the organisation forward. The end deliverable is a plan of action and business case for moving forward.
