Bytes Security Partnerships have built a methodology that captures start middle and end points, characterises the deliverables and ensures management and update points at all the relevant stages.

The successful implementation of a project, whether it be green site new solution/architecture or upgrade and new feature release depends on a number of factors. A minimum of one week prior to attending site, you will receive a project plan that the consultant will talk through with you. This will outline the objectives of the install, what the project deliverables are, any obligations you have prior to work starting and of course a list of expected tasks. This document is the result of conversations you will have already had in preparation for the implementation.

This approach works whether the implementation is a one-day install of an anti spam product, all the way to a 3-month implementation of a new security infrastructure.

Our engineers are technically highly skilled in their relevant areas, however, we work hard to ensure the soft skills for running a project are regularly trained and coached.
