From Cloud and Virtualisation strategies through to the implementation of Microsoft SharePoint, Unified Communications, Security and Data Back-Up services, we’ve found and recruited System Integrators and IT Solution Providers that share our standards and complement our software services. We call it our Partner Eco-System.

How Does A Company Make It Onto The Bytes Partner Eco-System?

We assess the players that provide IT services, and if they fulfil our criteria for excellence, we will invite them to become a partner in our eco-system. We keep track of all our approved partners through a fully functional Partnerzone within our SharePoint Intranet. This means that every Bytes account manager has access to up-to-the-minute, detailed information about each and every partner.

The following information is collected by the Partner Eco-System team:

• Partner specialisations and their accreditations.
• Case studies from each partner.
• Rates and special offers.
• A scoring system on our partners’ performance collected from customer feedback – it’s not in our interests to recommend someone you will not be 100% satisfied with.

We constantly communicate this information back to our Partners and share with all customers at the proposal stage, which ensures the standards they maintain for our referred customers remains high.
