Important Changes to NHS Oracle Licenses

As you may be aware a communication from Peter Dyke at CfH has been sent, confirming that the current NHS Enterprise Wide Agreement with Oracle expires in June 2014. From June 2014 onwards, any licences for Oracle products not delivered by a local service provider (LSP) will expire. Oracle have put an offer in place of a 25% TCO reduction in the cost of acquiring your license estate. This offer expires 30th April 2013. Now is the time to ensure your Oracle estate is in order and if you need to procure any licences ensure you do so before the end of April next year. Bytes can assist with this process.
