One of our key drivers here at Bytes is customer satisfaction. We are keen to ensure that our customers get the best from us and know about the complete range of services that we offer to make their lives easier. With this in mind we regularly invite all our customers to give us feedback – good or bad, to enable us to improve the service that we offer.
We understand people are busy so as an incentive to complete the survey we were more than happy to make a charity donation and are delighted to say that we will be donating £1,000 to Sport Relief.
