Bytes, in partnership with Arc IT Training, are pleased to announce the arrival of eSkill; a new assessment application for recruitment and training purposes.
Learning Services introduces a new skills assessment application for high quality recruitment and training. This new application is being used successfully for pre-employment screening and performance appraisal by a wide variety of businesses and organisations that have made it part of their recruitment process.It has been designed to simplify and enhance the recruitment process, taking the guess work out of recruiting employees with the right skills. This in turn, gives you the ability to assess individuals on a wide range of IT and Business subjects before candidate selection.

- If as a business you have a need to create your own set of questions there is the ability to do so using the web editing tool.
- Candidates may also view your own company brand and logo when they login to take the assessment once the application has been themed.
