Starting 1st November 2025, Microsoft will standardise Online Services pricing under Enterprise Agreements (EA) and MPSA, eliminating the traditional Level B–D model. Most Public Sector customers currently benefit from Level D pricing, which will be impacted. (Note: Education customers are excluded.)

What’s Changing?
Level D base pricing will increase to match Level A, raising the starting point before applying Program Discounts such as SPA24 and NHS MoU for All Online Services.
