Adobe Creative Suite 6 Change

Friday 15th July 2016

Effective 1st June 2014 Adobe will no longer offer Adobe Creative Suite 6 software under the Cumulative Licensing Program (CLP) or Transactional Licensing Program (TLP).

Adobe Creative Cloud will be the exclusive source for future innovation to Adobe creative tools. This change will be applicable across commercial and government segments; there is no change for education customers.

As an Adobe platinum partner and approved Adobe SAM service we can help you migrate your users to Creative Cloud. Doing this before the 1st June will also bring you 40% savings on year 1 and 2. This limited time offer for Creative Cloud will be removed on 1st June in line with their next release of major product updates, which is expected this summer!

Why is Adobe removing CS6 from the TLP and CLP?

In the spring of 2012, Adobe launched Creative Cloud membership to Adobe's full range of creative applications with the belief that it would benefit customers by giving them access to our tools and services as they're updated. With Creative Cloud, there's no more waiting 12–18 months for upgrade cycles. Adobe also announced that CS6 was our last perpetual software release. Since then, over 500 new features have been delivered exclusively to Creative Cloud members. With more and more customers migrating to Creative Cloud, discontinuing CS6 from TLP and CLP simplifies the creative offerings, and helps ensure customers get the latest and greatest tools/ services to keep up to date with the ever evolving market.
