How to get started:
Getting started with Business Voice is easy! There is a “getting started” wizard to walk your customers through setting up new phone numbers within minutes. If they already have Office 365, they can set up and manage Business Voice from the same administrative console as the rest of their Office 365 services. With all their communication and collaboration tools in one place, it is easier than ever to get work done.
How to get Microsoft 365 Business Voice:
Microsoft 365 Business Voice is an add-on to Microsoft 365 and Office 365 plans that include Microsoft Teams. Microsoft 365 Business Voice can be added to the following plans for up to 300 users: Office 365 Business Essentials, Business Premium, A1, E1, A3, E3; and Microsoft 365 Business, A3, E3.
