New Capabilities for CSP Partners

In October 2019, Microsoft will be adding new capabilities in the Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) program for partners to resell, manage, and provide services to customers on Microsoft Azure. These enhancements to Azure in CSP introduce product alignment with other Microsoft Volume Licensing Programs, such as the Enterprise Agreement and the recently released Microsoft Customer Agreement, and a common pricing engine across how customers buy Azure.

Benefits of Azure Plan

  1. Access to Azure Management Portal: Provides better level of reporting, cost and subscription management.
  2. Offers: Azure Enterprise Offers now available in CSP, i.e. Enterprise Dev/Test.
  3. Billing: Now aligned with calendar month
  4. Pricing: billing aligned with the US Dollar which provides a single global price for Azure (approx. 3% lower than current pricing)

For Reseller partners, Bytes will work with you in the coming weeks to transition your customers over to the new Azure Plan so they can start benefitting from the updated model.
