Microsoft have introduced a new Agreement Framework that enables an agile way for partners and customers to engage and do business with them, driving greater transparency and better business outcomes.
Microsoft Partner Agreement (MPA)
Starting September 1, 2019, the MPA will be the agreement enabling partners’ authorisation to transact under the CSP Program. Review the new agreement here (Partner Center logon is required). All partners in the CSP program must execute the MPA prior to 31st January 2020, to ensure no disruption of your ability to place orders in the CSP program for new or existing customers.

Microsoft Customer Agreement
The Microsoft Customer Agreement is a simplified purchase agreement that provides consistent purchase terms for customers – regardless of the way customers choose to buy. Starting 1st October 2019, Microsoft will make the new Microsoft Customer Agreement available in the CSP program, gradually replacing the existing Microsoft Cloud Agreement. You can review the Microsoft Customer Agreement today at http://aka.ms/customeragreement.
Customers who purchase the new Azure plan in CSP will be required to accept the terms of the Microsoft Customer Agreement starting 1st October 2019. The adoption of the new Microsoft Customer Agreement for the other plans/offers will be mandatory after 31st January 2020, when the existing Microsoft Cloud Agreement is removed from the CSP program.
