Teleware365 Direct Routing

Designed to help assess the suitability of Teleware365's Direct Routing solution, the 30-day PoC provides:

Microsoft accredited Direct Routing. This is configured with high availability and leverages an internet-based SIP service to enable telephony services.

Direct Routing can be made available to any user within the Teams tenant, providing they have the required Microsoft Licence Agreement. Direct dial numbers will be provided for each user.

Teleware365 utilise best of breed carriers to service customer PSTN needs. Multiple points of presence provide carrier resilience with supporting SLA arrangements that underpin performance credibility.

Enhanced User Adoption

Teleware365 provide a premier SaaS based training and adoption platform. Customised learning paths are built to help drive Microsoft usage, delivering personalised learning for Teams, as well as Teams Voice to all users.

Inclusive Call Charges

Teleware365 make things easy. 5,000 inclusive minutes per month for UK local/national and major UK mobile calls are provided for the PoC. Excess charges apply outside of this.

Monitoring & support

Periodic review sessions during the PoC,  a set of remote hands configure the Teams in readiness for Direct Routing. Ongoing telephony and email support is provided for the duration of the PoC.
