How it works:

  • CyberGraph uses artificial intelligence to create an identity graph.
  • The identity graph stores information about relationships and connections between all senders and recipients, as well as the sophistication level of the language they use.
  • Baseline behaviors are used to detect anomalies.
  • Informational banners are added to suspicious emails at the point of action.
  • Banners are color coded to indicate the level of risk.
  • Banners also provide information about the threat to help users decide if the email is malicious.
  • Users can report the email as dangerous or safe.
  • Reporting information is crowd-sourced; and if the risk level changes based on this or other threat intelligence, the banner can be automatically updated with the new indicators.
  • Reported emails are also checked by a security team to classify them.
