Delivered by the highly coveted Microsoft Services Partner Content and Content, the first stage of the process is the two-day Of?ce365 Discovery Workshop, designed to create a bespoke Of?ce365 plan for your organisation. The Of?ce365 Discovery Workshop includes:
- A complete Office 365 demonstration
- Gathering project stakeholders to identify the project strategy/vision, objectives, risks, businessengagement and project delivery requirements
- Detailed requirements analysis; end-user requirements, functional requirements, migration implications and data security requirements
- Understanding your existing environment and capabilities; including offices, users, desktop and server infrastructure, networking, software, mobile devices, domain and directory configuration, and business continuity/disaster recovery processes
Report and recommendations
Content and Code will take away the ?ndings from the workshop and write a detailed report with recommendations. The report includes:
- Estimated licensing requirements and costs
- Additional infrastructure requirements and costs
- Recommendations for implementing Office365
- A high level PoC (proof of concept)/pilot plan and timeframe
- Success criteria for a PoC/pilot
- An overview of the next steps
