ABOUT THE ROLE:
Bytes are looking to expand their Technical Pre-Sales Team after yet another year of impressive growth. Bytes’ collaborative and solution led approach means that our customers look to us to help them deliver and achieve. The Pre-Sales team is integral to this approach and our success.
The successful candidate will work as part of the Technical Pre-Sales team to drive our security and network solutions across our customer base. This will be done by articulating to our customers how Bytes can help, what we do, how we do it and how we can help them achieve their objectives.
The successful candidate needs to be comfortable in speaking and presenting to all levels within a customer. They should also be comfortable in articulating complex ideas in a simple and straightforward manner. Within the Pre-Sales team we have a variety of SME’s in their respective areas, the successful candidate will become an SME for Cloud Security, Cyber Security Services, Network Security and act as the technical go-to individual.

ABOUT YOU :
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
Educated to GCSE level with minimum A-C in Maths and English
5 years relevant technical experience in Networking and Security, preferably in a pre-sales capacity
Knowledge of Network environments and technologies (including Cloud)
Understanding of Cybersecurity challenges, solutions, and technologies
Excellent presentation skills for all audiences: business, technical, and management and C-level.
Desired Qualifications & Skills:
Degree in computer science, information systems or business management
Microsoft certifications
Checkpoint Certifications
Palo Alto Certifications
CCNP or equivalent
Strong design and pre sales skills in at least one of Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Cisco, Forcepoint or Varonis
Strong technical knowledge in Microsoft Security offerings, including but not limited to:
Azure Active Directory Premium
Intune
Azure Information Protection
O365 ATP, Azure ATP and Defender ATP
Azure Sentinel
