Copilot in 30: Your helping hand into AI

Thursday 10th September 2026

AI offers huge possibilities for businesses but knowing where to start can feel daunting. Which teams should use it first? Where will it make the biggest difference? And how do you move from curiosity to genuine business value without making AI adoption feel like another major transformation project?

That’s where Copilot in 30 can help.

Designed for organisations that are interested in Microsoft 365 Copilot but aren’t quite ready for a wider rollout, Copilot in 30 provides a structured, supported way to experience AI in everyday work. Rather than simply switching on licences and leaving users to figure things out, the programme provides guidance, practical scenarios and adoption support to help your people build confidence from day one.

What is Copilot in 30?

Copilot in 30 is a partner-led, 30-day evaluation programme that combines a 25-user Microsoft 365 Copilot Business trial with resources and guidance to help you explore where Copilot could deliver the most value.

Users can experience Copilot within the Microsoft 365 applications they already know, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. This means your teams can focus less on learning a completely new technology and more on discovering how AI could make everyday tasks easier, from catching up on emails and meetings to creating content, analysing information and working with documents.

What happens during the 30 days?

The journey is designed to make getting started feel simple and manageable:

  1. Start with your goals – identify what you want to achieve and select the right users.
  2. Build confidence – introduce your teams to practical prompts, scenarios and best practices.
  3. Put Copilot to work – give users the opportunity to apply Copilot to real, everyday tasks for meetings, emails, documents, research, and content creation.
  4. Review the impact – assess productivity gains, adoption levels, and future opportunities.
  5. Plan your next step – use what you’ve learned to decide where Copilot could add value across your organisation to move to paid licences and broader deployment..

It’s more than a product trial. It’s an opportunity to turn “What could AI do for us?” into “Here’s where AI can help us.”

Who is eligible?

Copilot in 30 is aimed at organisations that are new to Microsoft 365 Copilot and want to evaluate its benefits before purchasing licences. Current Microsoft guidance positions the programme primarily for small and medium-sized businesses with fewer than 300 employees, delivered through Microsoft CSP partners. Eligible customers can access a 25-user, 30-day trial and must have the required Microsoft 365 licensing prerequisites in place.
