What are Deployment Vouchers?

Deployment vouchers are financial incentives provided by Microsoft to help cover the costs associated with deploying Microsoft 365 services. These vouchers can be used for various services, including the deployment of M365 E3 and E5, Frontline Worker (F3 and F5) attached to M365 E3/M365 E5, Compliance, and Teams Phone 

How to Utilise Deployment Vouchers

  1. Contact Your Account Manager: If you are interested in utilising a deployment voucher, please reach out to your account manager. They will guide you through the process and help you understand the eligibility criteria.
  2. Engage with Our Team: Once you express interest, our team will arrange a call to discuss your specific needs and how the voucher can be utilised to benefit your organisation.
  3. Scope of Work (SOW): Our consultants will work with you to create a detailed Scope of Work (SOW) outlining the deployment plan. This document will be sent to you for approval and signature via DocuSign.
  4. Voucher Claim: After the SOW is approved, we will submit the necessary documentation to Microsoft to claim the voucher. Once accepted, the voucher will be applied to cover the deployment costs.

Eligibility and Value

  • Minimum Deal Size: Net new 500 seats of M365 E3 or M365 E5.
  • Voucher Value: 8% of Year 1 CSP Estimated Retail Price (ERP) revenue, up to $50,000 per voucher .
  • Payout Structure: 30% upon SOW submission and 70% upon Proof of Execution (POE) completion and approval 
  • Duration: Offer only available until 30th June 2025 – submit your claims now. 
  • Customer Eligibility: Corporate Commercial accounts (excluding Public Sector and SMB), new CSP subscription customers on qualifying SKUs, and CSP customers with annual commitment and payment
