Dynamics 365 Now Available

Monday 30th January 2017

Dynamics 365 evolves Microsoft’s current CRM and ERP cloud solutions into one cloud service with new purpose-built apps to help manage specific business functions, including Financials, Field Service, Sales, Operations, Marketing, Project Sales Automation and Customer Service.

Dynamics 365 business apps are designed so they can be easily and independently deployed to grow along with the customer's business needs. With the release of Microsoft Dynamics 365, there is a change the licensing where users will have different choices, depending on their roles, and their use of the service.

  • Light users (which tend to be most users in a company) - will have access to a more accessible solution accessing more of the basic features.
  • Full users - will be able to either be licensed via Applications licenses, using only the application they require, such as Sales or Customer Service.

A plan based licensing will also be available, giving access to all of the Dynamics 365 features, including new features, at 2 different levels.

For more information, here are some licensing guides you can download.
