Important Update on Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Apps (CLP Government Only)

If your organisation is a Government entity and your Creative Cloud Desktop Apps (CCDA) have been purchased through the Cumulative Licensing Program (CLP), they deploy via serial numbers – which do not recognise the new version of Creative Cloud. If you are a CLP customer, you should not attempt to update to Creative Cloud 2019. 

If you’ve already attempted to update, the Creative Cloud 2019 apps installed on the machine will run in trial mode. To convert back to the 2018 version, uninstall the Creative Cloud 2019 apps – click here for instructions – and reinstall the previous version. 

Customers who deploy via serial number will stay on Creative Cloud 2018 without new updates unless they move to named-user licenses. Adobe are working on a solution for government customers and will provide information when available.
