If you are currently supporting Android mobile devices as managed devices for your users, are you aware of the challenges that upgrading to Android Enterprise X will cause?
In most cases, your mobile management solution will need to support all the standard features of Android Enterprise X before it can be made available to your users. If your mobile management solution passes the standard feature verification and is listed in Android's Enterprise Solutions Directory as offering a Standard Management Set, then upgrade to this new version is possible.
However, upon upgrade to Android Enterprise X, each device will need to be un-rolled and re-enrolled to your device management solution. This can be an incredibly slow and cumbersome task that could result in frustration for your end-users and security implications whilst devices remain unmanaged.
