‘Hey, I’m Fatima an apprentice accounts assistant at Bytes.
I heard about the aprenticeship through the AAT aprenticeship webiste, I had just finshed my A-levels a few months prior. I have always been interested in acccounting and how it is a profession where there is continuous change and I welcome the prospect of working in an environment where everyday will bring new challenges. I was excited to be learning whilst gaining experience and acheiveing a qualification. The apprenticehsip lasts one year and 6 months and at the end I will gain a qualifiaction in AAT level 3 diploma in Accounting.’

“Hi, I’m Louis and I am the IT Service Delivery Manager here at Bytes.
I joined Bytes as an apprentice in 2018 looking to kickstart a career in IT. I quickly found myself involved in an exciting company and team where I’d meet new people and learn skills that would become invaluable in my day-to-day work.
My apprenticeship came to an end in October 2020, due to a slight delay because of Covid 19. Since then, I have gone through the levels on the service desk and recently got promoted to my current role.
Now I look to use my experience to help other apprentices as they begin their journeys at Bytes.”

I joined Bytes when I was 18, fresh out of school. Bytes offered me a role here as an Accounts Assistant Apprentice.
Throughout my apprenticeship, I was supported by the whole company, both in learning on the job and with my college work. I could not have asked for a better place to work and learn.
