Holidays and financial rewards

We reward our staff in many ways, including:

  • Company bonus for non-commissioned team members, subject to yearly targets being met.
  • Private pension available for all staff. Automatic enrollment into our pension scheme unless you choose to opt out.
  • Incentives & away days take place regularly throughout the year including a ski trip, scuba diving course & team building dinners & activities
  • Holidays are 25 days per annum plus standard UK National and Bank Holidays. The 3 working days between Christmas and New Year are also given as holiday, enabling our staff to have a proper break and get ready for the next year.
