If you are a non-commissioned team member you will be entitled to take part in the company bonus scheme, subject to yearly targets being met. This has been achieved for the last 8 years running!
You will be automatically enrolled in the company pension scheme unless you choose to Opt Out. As at March 2015 the scheme operates at a 3% contribution by both parties.
