Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust (KCHFT) delivers a wide range of community and specialist health services across Kent, parts of East Sussex and London, supporting thousands of patients every day.
With around 6,000 devices, KCHFT began a major project moving over to Microsoft Intune on the NHS shared platform, to make managing devices simpler, improve security and help staff work more efficiently. Bytes supported the migration, providing guidance on Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and Microsoft Intune, as well as training sessions for staff.
Bytes provided multiple sessions to help Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust configure and adopt Defender for Endpoint inline, while also migrating from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

The MS Intune and MDAV deployment under the NHS FastTrack programme was a valuable learning experience for all involved. Although we faced several challenges throughout the deployment, the Bytes team (particularly Alex, Gennaro and Adil) provided excellent support and technical expertise to help us overcome them.
